Information for participants

  • Invited tutorials feature 2 x 80 min sessions.
  • Invited talks can feature either a 35 or a 15 minute talk, followed by 5 minutes for questions.
  • Contributed talks feature a 15 min talk, followed by 5 minutes of questions.
  • The recommendation for poster presentations is A0 portrait.

    • The lunches for Tuesday (14.05.2024), Wednesday (15.05.2024) and Thursday (16.05.2024) will be provided free of charge, at the Institute’s canteen. Three lunch coupons are provided for each participant, covering a main dish and a salad. All other items (e.g., soup, drinks, packaged sauces, …) have to be paid for.
      ML4MS participants are expected in the canteen in three groups at 20min intervals.
      The first group (blue coupons) at 12:30pm, the second group (red coupons) at 12:50 and the last group (green coupons) at 13:10. Please consult the menus below for food options and allergens (specified in brackets).
    • The social dinner will be held at the Union Brewery, located on Celovška cesta 22, Ljubljana (shown on the map below; https://maps.app.goo.gl/2eV2TPPQfrx2jJiM7). It starts at 19:00 on Thursday. Two drink coupons are provided for each participant (up to 4 EUR drink per coupon).
